Orders

Customers are required to place their orders exclusively through the website.

We reserve the right to reject or modify any order at our sole discretion.


Payment

Payment is accepted through the available payment methods listed on the website.

Full payment must be made before any product is shipped or service is rendered.



Return & Exchange Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality products to our customers worldwide.

Due to the nature of our products (clothing worn directly on the body), we do not accept returns or exchanges under any circumstances after purchase, except in the following cases only:


  1. The item arrives damaged or has a clear manufacturing defect.
  2. The wrong size or color was received, differing from the original order.



In such cases, customers must contact us within 48 hours of receiving the order and provide the following clear images:


A top-down photo showing the full design of the product.

A clear image of the paper tag attached to the item.

A clear image of the size label (tag) on the product.



To be eligible for a replacement or compensation, the product must:


Be unused

Be unwashed

Be in its original condition with all tags and labels intact



We reserve the right to review the submitted evidence and make the final decision regarding replacement or compensation.


Intellectual Property Rights

All intellectual property rights for the content and products belong to Arabsmash.



Confidentiality

We are committed to maintaining the confidentiality of customer information and will not share it with third parties.



Warranty

No explicit or implied warranty is provided for our products or services, except as stated in our exchange policy.



Amendments
