Delayed Deliveries
Please note that we cannot track or refund orders after 30 days from the shipment date. This 30-day window begins as soon as your order is on its way. You will always receive a notification email with tracking information once your package has shipped.

Exchanges

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-off Period
Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to return your order within 14 days after receiving it.
(Note: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped).

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to ship the returned product back to us.

 * Eligibility requirements: To be eligible for a return:
   * The item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
   * The item must be free of any odors (such as smoke or perfume).
   * You must provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refund Details

⚠️ Note: Gift cards cannot be refunded.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
 * Only the product price gets refunded (shipping fees are non-refundable).
 * The customer is responsible for purchasing and paying for the return label, and the shipment MUST include a tracking number.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
