Return & Cancellation Policy

We are committed to providing high-quality products to our customers worldwide.

 

⚠️ Due to the nature of our products (clothing worn directly on the body), we do not accept returns or exchanges for any reason after purchase, except in the following two cases only:

• If the item arrives damaged or with a clear manufacturing defect.

• If the item received is of a different size or color than what was originally ordered.


In such cases, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order and provide the following clear photos:


  1. A top-down photo clearly showing the entire design of the product.

  2. A clear photo of the paper label/tag attached to the item.

  3. A clear photo of the size tag/label on the product.


❗️To qualify for a replacement or compensation, the item must be:

• Unused

• Unwashed

• In its original condition, with all original tags and labels attached


We reserve the right to review the submitted evidence and determine whether a replacement or compensation is applicable.


Cancellation Policy

🔸 Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours from the time of purchase.

🔸 If you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours, a 5% bank fee will be deducted from the total amount paid.
