🔸 Orders cannot be cancelled after 24 hours from the time of purchase.
🔸 If you wish to cancel your order within 24 hours, a 5% bank fee will be deducted from the total amount paid.

We reserve the right to review the submitted evidence and determine whether a replacement or compensation is applicable.

🔸Pre-Order Cancellation Policy: Pre-orders can be canceled anytime prior to processing. Once fulfillment begins, orders cannot be canceled.

🔸Notice Regarding Custom Orders:

Please note that the standard right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized goods (EU Directive 2011/83/EU). Custom orders featuring a custom number are made to your individual specifications and cannot be modified, canceled, or refunded once submitted.
