Return Policy:

• Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving the product.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and we recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery.

• A 5% restocking fee will apply to all returns.

Refund Policy:

• In cases of incorrect address or a refund request, shipping costs are non-refundable. Only the product price will be refunded, with a 5% restocking fee deducted. (Please contact us first to help find a suitable solution before taking any steps.)

Return Conditions:

• The product must be returned in its original, unused condition.

• Please ensure the product is free from any odors such as smoke or perfume and has not been washed.

• It’s preferable to contact us before returning the item or include a note with the order number in the package to help process your request efficiently.

Shipping and Order Tracking:

• If you haven’t received your order within 40 days of placing it, please reach out to us before this period ends. After 40 days, we won’t be able to issue a refund or assist with order issues.
